Father , thank you for always having our best interest at heart. Forgive us for the times we leaned on our own understanding instead of trusting your perfect plan. Help us to surrender to your way. Teach us daily how to do life in step with Holy Spirit. Empower us daily to grow in grace. Thank you, Papa, for being a good good Father. Thank you for giving us the courage to lay down the old way to receive the new. Help us press past the resistance from our flesh and submit totally to you so we can go the distance with you, trusting and obeying you even when it’s difficult. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
