Suffering in silence..

The Lord has shared with me that His people are suffering…

So many people of the Body of Christ are suffering in silence. Some are suffering physically, mentally, and emotionally. And some are suffering in all three categories.

The scripture that God brought to mind was 1 Peter 5:10

10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

This scripture speaks volumes! It simply says our suffering is ONLY for a little while! So that means that this thing is only temporary. We have to know when the suffering is over. Many times we want to stay in a season of suffering and God is saying, your season is now over. But we continue to have pity parties for ourselves. Speaking death over our lives. Saying “Oh I just have to live with cancer I might as well just die, or “I will always be broke and never will be able to live comfortably”. “Oh I will always be depressed and not want to life.” We have to change our speaking and start speaking life. Change our perspective on the suffering. God is with us! No weapon formed against us shall prosper! He He allows it, He will be there with you to strengthen you. We just have to know that we can’t make it and endure in our OWN strength. Thats the the power of the Holy Spirit is vital.   No matter how bad the situation looks or feels, just know that GOD’S word says after we have suffered for A LITTLE while HE would come and do 4 things for us.

  1. Restore -to bring back (a previous right, practice, custom, or situation); reinstate. || to repair or renovate (a building, work of art, vehicle, etc.) so as to return it to its original condition.

I believe God to restore all the time that we have lost over the years. Restore all the time we’ve suffered, Restore all the pain and all the hurt. He will turn that pain into pleasure in Him. Turning that hurt into happiness. Turning all that trials into triumphs

2. Confirmestablish the truth or correctness of (something previously believed, suspected, or feared to be the case).

I believe God will show up and show out on our behalf and CONFIRM that he is our Lord and savior. That miracles happen when we just believe and have FAITH that He can make the impossible POSSIBLE. He confirms His love to us each and every day when we wake up in our right mind.

Lamentations 3:22-23 The faithful love of the LORD never ends!  His mercies never cease.Great is his faithfulness; his mercies begin afresh each morning.

3. Strengthento make or become stronger.

I believe God will come and do exactly what His word says.

But the Lord stood with me and gave me strength. 2 Timothy 4:17

4. Establishset up on a firm or permanent basis. || achieve permanent acceptance or recognition for.

I believe God will establish you, set you up on a firm foundation. He is the foundation. Building us up in a way that will set us up for all the things that He has called for us to do and accomplish while we are in this world.

Trust God with you WHOLE life. Not just some of it. Know that all things work together for the good for those who love Him and are called according to His purpose for them.

So the broken heart, is working out for your good.

The depression is going to turn into dancing- working out for your good.

The setback is going to turn into a set up for God to WORK it out for your good.

The bad doctors report is going to turn around and work together for your good.

Anything that seems like a trial, or disturbance in your life, start speaking life over it… This thing is going to work out for my good because I love God and this is what HIS word says.

Be the Light loves,

Jasmine
