Waiting with Expectation …

These last few days… These scriptures have come to mind:

Proverbs 3:5-6( Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.)

2 Timothy 1:7 (For the Spirit God gave us does not make us timid, but gives us power, love and self-discipline.)

Psalm 37:4..(Delight yourself also in the LordAnd He shall give you the desires of your heart.)

God has been allowing us to experience some tests and trials. Some things that may not make sense, some things that may have us to question his hand. Some things that may have us discouraged and feeling like throwing in the towel. I don’t know about you guys but i’ve learned over the years that just when you are ready to give up, or throw in the towel; thats right when your breakthrough was going to happen. Or in the natural, thats right when the Promotion was going to occur- but you left the job right before your boss could offer you the position.

You threw in the towel right when God was going to bless you with that financial blessing- but you took matters in your own hands and took out a 5 thousand dollar loan due to not trusting and being patient.

You threw in the towel right when God was bringing you your Adam. You decided that you couldn’t wait any longer. You time clock was ticking and you had to choose any Joe that came around the corner. You decided to move ahead of God. When God has Isaac, But you ended up getting Ishmael. Like Abram and Sarai- They got ahead of God and wouldn’t wait on him to act on the promise that He made them.

Moral of the story, Don’t grow weary in well doing. God is ALWAYS on time. He’s never late. You may think he’s taking a long time to move or to act, but in the Supernatural he is working behind the scenes on our behalf. He’s teaching us something through all of this.

Trust in Him. Pray and Stay in Expectancy for him to do a mighty, complete job in your life! Gon’ ahead and thank him in ADVANCE for what he is about to do!

Love yal!

Be the Light loves,

  1. Cadence : When I hear the voice of God He will instruct me to move as grand as a conductors symphony. Leading to a sequence of events that will be a chain reaction of my faith in Gods Timing in my Life. He will say, Chris it’s time to go, leave right now! I will provide the rest of the way.

Lord I think I know what I want, I think I know what I need. But close me off to my own conceptions. Open me up to line up in the pattern of your design. Just because I can, doesn’t mean I should. Just because I haven’t, doesn’t mean I won’t. Whatever I’m going through I must trust You. In faith I will do what I can, to plan and prepare. Waiting on the right and most opportune moment!

This doesn’t mean that I can control Your agenda for my life. Allow me to go with Your flow Lord. Your power over my destiny will make everyday a inception of life! I will act and take the nessecary steps and stress perfection. I profess that in Your timing, I will respond favorably to enter a covenant with You. Knowing that their is only one important thing I must do. That is to trust You, by doing so my present life will have peace, purpose, passion, persistence, perfection, punctuality of my faith.

My faithfulness builds me up continuously towards delaying gratification. To develope a demand for greater sastifaction. Your timing will aline all Your people and their faith on one accord. According to your cadence, step by step, side by side, on beat, finding a new rhythm in Christ. Grow my anticipation into obedience to move when You say move, and I’ll come and open the door.

This time I will be as Your Son. Jesus, and in death say it is finished. Then rise up to share the Holy Spirit and teach disciples to share the Gospel! Let’s receive God’s eternal life! Let’s live to unify heaven on earth. This time I will choose your will. This time I will finally meet my Kindred Spirit, Soul, Mind and Body.
