Lord help us.
Lord give me a double portion of your spirit. It is vital that we pray this prayer daily. We must be filled with his spirit. You are KNOWN by your fruit. So if we are proclaiming that we are Christians and believers- then we should be exhibiting the fruit.
We are not perfect by any means; and we will not portray the fruit at all times, but God wants us to at least be striving to have more of his fruit.
What are the Fruit of the spirit? Turn your bibles to Galatians 5:22-23 “But the Holy Spirit produces this kind of fruit in our lives: love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness, and self-control. There is no law against these things!”

- Faithfullness
- Gentleness
- Self-control
When we pray, we should pray for these things. The enemy hears our prayers as well so don’t be surprised when you start asking God to give you patience – you are going to be put into so many situations that will try you and see if you can manage to keep your cool and actually portray patience.
Be ready to be tested. God says in his word that We can do all things through Christ he who strengthens us.
I will also say that before we get out of bed we ought to get our CONNECTION with our heavenly father. The enemy is waiting to get your mindset before getting out of bed, putting all types of things in your head. He might try you before you even get out of bed. You got to stay ready so you ain’t gotta get ready
Put on your Amor. Full armor of God is needed to be put on daily. The Lord fights your battles but you must put on the Full amor of God BY FAITH. He will keep you through the day. Circumstances will not change your peace. We have to learn to get to the point where out situations won’t make or break us. Circumstances that don’t go our way won’t change our mood, take our peace. Lord that’s why we need more FRUIT.
Jesus is awesome. He knows what we are dealing with. He knows exactly where we are in life. Surrender to him. Let him know that you can’t do this in your OWN strength. He will strengthen you.
Lord Jesus, Thank you for providing strength and encouragement for us. Lord thank you for your hope. We put our hope in you Lord. Your word says that we can do all things through your son who strengthens us. Lord we look to you for strength, because we have realized that we can not do any of this in our own strength. Lord help us to realize that you are all we need, Give us complete rest. Let us find healing and restoration in your word. Lord give us a double portion of your spirit. We know that we will be tried, but being tested and tried will only build our muscles and give us endurance to keep running the race. Lord we love you and thank you for all you have done and all that you will do.
