God has been speaking to my spirit lately and there are so many people who are broken and in pain. Needing healing.
People are hurting from past relationships, hurting from current relationships, broken friendships, hurting from losses that have occurred if it was a loved one, friend, etc.
There is a lot of hurt going on the inside of you. And we are trying to cover it up with a smile, or putting up a facade that everything is okay. We must fully accept what the issue is. We walk around knowing that something is wrong but we don’t want to face it. We don’t want to talk about it. But instead we take out our frustrations on our family and friends around us because of our heart issue. We do things that hurt the very ones who love us. We jump from bad situations to bad situations thinking that someone can fill a void that ONLY GOD can fill. We look to significant others to be able to heal us and make us feel better, only actually just feeling worse or getting upset at the other person because they can’t do for you , what only God can do. So we find ourselves in situations with people, dating, or whatever- yet still empty and searching for a peace.
“Everything is just fine.” is what you say when people ask you how are you. When are you going to stop living the lie and really accept what you are dealing with.
You are hurt from issues that have happened way back when. You are still holding grudges towards people that have moved on with their lives and ain’t thinking twice about you. You are still mad at your father for not being there while you grew up, You are still mad at your mother for not spending time with you like she did “her favorite child”. You are angry with that guy that hurt your feelings 2 years ago and cheated on you and left you. You are upset at your manager for what he told you 3 months ago and you just can’t seem to shake it.
Let it all go.
Let it Go, Pray and ask God to help you, Ask him to help you heal, forgive and move on.
It’s time. Before this year comes to an end, don’t bring all that old mess into the New year. Let that stuff all go now.
1 Peter 5:7 says Cast all your cares upon him; for he careth for you.
Matthew 11:28 “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.
God wants to give you REST. Peace and just freedom.
Be FREE. Let go of all thats holding you down, all thats keeping you from having the peace of the Lord. Stop allowing things that has happend in the past effect your future. That is a trick of the enemy. He wants to keep you from experiencing all that God has for you.
I encourage you to believe by FAITH. That God can deliver you from things, people, occurances that has happen- and just believe that God can set you free from it all. Man forgive those people that hurt you. You may say “well Jasmine, You don’t know what so- and so did…It doesn’t matter -FORGIVE them for your peace and your joy.” Don’t let them continue to run your life with having you all messed up and not having peace. Forgive them! and move forward to where God is calling you.
You will never be able to experience the beauty of all that God has for you if you don’t let it go and be free. Ask God to set you free in the name of Jesus of anything and everything that has held you captive.
Lord Jesus, Help me to forgive, Help me to release all the things that has kept me from experiencing pure joy that you give, help me to release all the things that has stolen my peace, Lord i want to experience peace and joy from you. Lord forgive me for holding on to these things this long. Restore my broken heart, Help me to love others like you love. Lord be there for me when i’m lonely and hurting, Lord your word says that you will give us rest, Lord you are not a God that you should lie but Lord just strengthen me when i’m weak, I can’t do none of this on my own. Lord i’m believing by faith that I AM HEALED, MY HEART IS RESTORE, I AM FORGIVEN, I have been set free and the enemy will be under my feet! I am strong and You said that I can do ALL Things through Christ he who strengthens me! In Jesus name , AMEN!
